The story begins in a small village called Al-Jassasa, where an unusual child was born. He did not emerge from his mother’s womb crying like other newborns — instead, he came out silent, his eyes wandering around in wonder, as if surprised by the existence of another planet, different from the dark and narrow one he had been living in.
