Are you passionate about student wellbeing, community building and delivering engaging programs that make a real difference? Adelaide University Student Association (AUSA) is seeking a motivated Wellbeing and Programs Officer to support the planning and delivery of wellbeing programs and initiatives across Adelaide University campuses.

In this role, you’ll help deliver programs that support student wellbeing and community connection. Working closely with the Wellbeing and Programs team, you’ll coordinate food security programs, support the volunteer and ambassador programs and help create and deliver new initiatives that enhance the student experience.

What you’ll do

The Wellbeing and Programs Officer supports the delivery and coordination of a range of AUSA programs, including food wellbeing programs, volunteer initiatives and the AUSA Ambassador program. This varied role will see you:

Assisting in delivering food wellbeing initiatives, including food pantry programs and free breakfasts across Adelaide University campuses.

  • Coordinating the AUSA Volunteer Program, including scheduling volunteers and managing communications.
  • Supporting AUSA’s Ambassador program and student engagement activities.
  • Coordinating program logistics, including bookings, contractors, volunteers and program run sheets.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring programs run smoothly across campuses.
  • Maintaining program documentation, reporting and volunteer records.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (events, programs, community engagement or student services).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive team player who is passionate about improving the student experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
