AUSA Board

Decisions made by students, for students. 
AUSA is still very new, and for now we are operating under the governance of a Transition Board made up of student representatives from the legacy student associations USASA and YouX. Other board members include two representatives from the University of Adelaide and two externally appointed professional directors.

The Transition Board’s terms will continue until the first elected Board takes office on 1 June 2026. The first AUSA Board will be made up of ten students generally elected from the student body, two externally appointed professional directors, and an Adelaide University representative director. Elections for the first Board will be held in Semester 1.
