UPSS Special General Meeting

Meeting details including Teams link will be provided to all members via email. No registration is required as long as you're a member of UPSS you may choose to attend either in person or online.

UPSS is hosting a Special General Meeting for all members to attend.

During the meeting, we will establish a new Club Constitution (the holy book of UPSS) and elect new club executives for the 2026 term for UPSS to be officially registered with AUSA.

All members are encouraged to attend and have a say on important matters. You may also use your vote to tell us how you think.

Date: Tuesday 7 April (Easter Tuesday)

Time: 6pm-7pm (may run over, sorry!) - arrive by 5:55pm for a sharp 6pm start

Location: JS6-13 and Teams

Simple refreshment is provided.

Only AU student members can nominate for executive positions:

• President
• Vice President (subject to "your" approval)
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Events and Engagement
• Any other positions deemed suitable (again, "your" approval)
