The National Wine Centre of Australia (NWC) is one of Adelaide’s leading hospitality venues. Situated in the vibrant East End of the CBD and in close proximity to the emerging Lot Fourteen precinct, the NWC is surrounded by the green space of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and parklands.


We have multiple opportunities available for energetic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team and deliver exceptional service with a friendly, positive “can-do” attitude, working across a range of departments including:

  • Conference & Events: The NWC plays host to over 800 events per year attracting international, domestic and local visitors. Events include conferences, weddings, banquets, meetings and seminars. 

  • Taikunthi Restaurant:  Located on level 5, Union House on the University of Adelaide's prestigious North Terrace campus, Taikunthi offers an exceptional dining experience with a focus on Modern Australian cuisine.

To be considered for these roles, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant in a similar role (ideally in a hotel, restaurant or function centre)

  • Previous barista experience (desirable)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

  • The ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a close team.

  • A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across a 7 day a week, especially during the day of Monday-Friday.  

  • A current RSA certificate valid in South Australia (essential)
