Financial health and mental health are intrinsically linked.
We know that improving financial literacy can positively affect our mental wellbeing and other areas of our lives. Through an empowering approach, we are here to support you one-on-one during challenging times.
If you are dealing with financial stress related to debt, rent, utility costs and budgeting problems, we may be able to help you. Our team are here to help identify your options and get you back on track.

We know that uni life is so much more than attending lectures and submitting assignment, and keeping on top of everything can be exhausting. Our Financial Counsellor may be able to help in gaining access to emergency financial support. Student Care administers a range of loans and grants to assist students in financial hardship. Developing a budget is about understanding where all your money goes. This is the first step to taking control of your finances and making them work for you. The Financial Counsellor is available to work through this process individually and ensure you have the support you need.
