AUSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

1: PRIVACY 

Consultation responses are held privately by AUSA and will not be disclosed to any third party except in the form of collated data reports. 
Data collected is only used by AUSA for the purpose of gaining insight and further understanding into the community it represents, and no other purpose. 
AUSA will not use contact information for the purposes of promotion, unless the student has indicated they would like them to do so. It will never share information such as email addresses with third parties or stakeholders. 

 

2: METHOD OF ENTRY 

To be eligible for winning prizes in this competition, entrants must successfully complete all questions required by the consultation. 
Entry is limited to currently enrolled Adelaide University students only. 

 

3: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION 

The ‘2026 AUSA Student Experience Consultation’ will open at 9am Thursday 8 October 2026 and close 11:59pm Friday 30 October 2026 (Australian Central Daylight Time). 

 

4: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES 

All prize values are the recommended retail value in Australian dollars and are correct at time of any collateral printing or online posting. 
AUSA takes no responsibility for variations in the prize value. All prize winners will be contacted via the email address supplied at the conclusion of the consultation. 
For ticket and voucher giveaways, winners will be advised of collection detail via the email notification. Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash, please treat tickets and vouchers as cash, AUSA takes no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. 

 

5: ELIGIBILITY 

Participants must be currently enrolled Adelaide University students and be aged 16 years old or over to be eligible to win prizes. Employees and Board members of Adelaide University and AUSA, their immediate families, and companies associated with this promotion may participate in the consultation but are ineligible to win prizes. 

 

6: CLAIMING OF PRIZES 

Prize winners will have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, AUSA reserves the right to reassign the prize if appropriate. The first winner has no claim to any prizes should they fail to claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Winners are required to present proof of their current enrolment and a valid Adelaide University student card upon collection of their prize. 

 

7: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable, and when applicable, must be used on the dates specified by the Promoter. AUSA may, subject to government regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.

9: LATE ENTRIES 

AUSA accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction of any communications network.
