Rooms are available for regular club activities like SMGs, AGMs, and weekly catch-ups. These can be booked through the Web Room Booking system.
Larger or more complex events require a different process. This includes events with 50+ attendees, alcohol, controversial guests, or more involved setups (e.g. stages, marquees, production).

AUSA has a wide range of equipment available for hire available to AUSA Clubs for free. Equipment can be hired by completing this form If you think there is something missing from this list that multiple clubs could use, please email us with your suggestion. You never know, AUSA may purchase this item!
AUSA Clubs are covered by Adelaide University's Insurance Policy. Certificates of Insurance are available on the Adelaide University Insurance guides and certificates page.
