Adding an Event to the AUSA website

Add your event to the AUSA website to promote to the thousands of website visitors every month.

  1. Log into the website
  2. Click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the page, and select your club’s name
  3. Click ‘Events’ in the Admin tools menu
  4. Click ‘Add new event’ and enter the details
  5. If you want your event listed on the Club Events page select "Club Event"
  6. Hit 'save' and that's it! 

Using an external website for your events? no worries! you can link you event listing directly to your external webpage by adding in the external URL in the details section.

Make sure you tag @AUSA.Clubs in your posts and stories on social media so we can see and share them!


Design assistance

Not everyone is a design whizz and that's okay, here are a few things available to help your club promote its next big event:

  • Login into the shared Canva account (login details below)
    Canva has a ton of easy-to-use templates for everything from posters to Facebook cover photos. It's fun and easy and all the work is pretty much done for you. 
    • Login address: www.canva.com
    • Email Address: AUSA.clubs@adelaide.edu.au
    • Password: WeLoveClubs2026
    • Please DO NOT opt to use a code, it will be sent to our email, and we won't know who to forward it to.
    • This is only to be used for AUSA Club related content, any other content will be deleted.

Note: This is a shared account. Please don’t delete any other clubs' work. If you have trouble logging in, please contact us at AUSA.Clubs@adelaide.edu.auDo not make changes to the account settings.


Free poster printing

AUSA offer free printing to AUSA-registered clubs that have their events listed on the AUSA website (as explained above).

  • Poster packages consist of:
    • Up to 40x A3 posters and are free to clubs (one package per event, printed on 80gsm copy paper).
    • Please submit posters a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event they are promoting.
