Teddy Bear Hospital - Flinders & Far North Region

The AURHA Teddy Bear Hospital trip in 2026 will take a small multidisciplinary team of health-degree students from Adelaide University to the Flinders and Far North region, South Australia, from September 20th - 23rd. Participants will have the chance to engage with primary school students in local schools and provide positive exposure to a range of common healthcare scenarios. As part of the Teddy Bear Hospital team, you will help plan and deliver an interactive program designed to reduce stigma and improve children’s comfort and familiarity with the healthcare system.
