Startup Society is Adelaide University’s community for students who want to build startups.
We connect people with different skills to find cofounders, build products, reach early users, and navigate the realities of starting a business. Whether you have an idea, a product, technical skills, or just curiosity, there’s a place for you.
Our founding team has launched 10+ businesses, generated six-figure revenue, and raised six-figure funding. Members get practical support through feedback, conversations, and relevant introductions.
We run codex / claude code events, product demos, user-testing nights, working sessions, and small discussions with founders, technical experts, and investors. Support continues as your team grows, with no fixed program.
Our focus is tech startups, but students from any degree are welcome. No company or startup experience needed.
Build something, find your people, and enjoy the process.
